Quarrel to battle to Peace

How do two countries come to fight ? What are the circumstances that create such a chaos. How many lives get affected by it and where is the real end to all this. We have many warring countries right now and all of them have leaders with huge egos and people to put fuel to that ego. This scriptory explores that very tension. When made into a movie/series it would explore the two different point of views in depth, both are right and both are wrong at the same time. With one connection between the two parties. The story gives a lot of scope to go into the character definition and their emotions at play and yet many questions would remain unanswered.
